PAUSE MODE
Unfortunately, at this moment among participants the panic has already started. There are several reasons, but the main of course, it's just a very unfortunate set of circumstances: first of all, is the superposed problems with the SMS-es from VA. As I said, there will no longer be restarts, simply the PAUSE mode is declared. Its meaning is that we should give everyone time to calm down, get back in senses, after which you can go back to the normal operations. This method has been repeatedly tested in practice, it was used in other countries and had itself proven as efficient. There was no failure; everybody was getting its money with ease. So there’s nothing wrong with it, an ordinary working process. Nothing else. This the way it should be treated.
(By the way, up till now the PAUSE mode was always finishing few weeks earlier than the originally planned. This is just for your information. :-))
So, from the moment of this announcement and till 1st of October, the PAUSE mode is on.
During the PAUSE mode all MAVRO are divided into "old" and "new."
Old - purchased before the announcement of PAUSE – new after the announcement.
After the end of PAUSE, the old MAVRO will be unfrozen, and there will be again a single type of MAVRO in the system; which will be free again to be bought – sold, etc. The division into old and new will disappear.
NEW MAVRO
New MAVRO are the MAVRO acquired during the PAUSE mode. (From the moment of this announcement.) They can be disposed in the normal way and without any limitation: buy, sell, renew and other. Assignments for withdrawal will be exposed during 30 minutes, instant renewal. Well, our normal operating mode on them, I repeat.
OLD MAVRO
Old MAVRO are the MAVRO acquired prior to the PAUSE announcement. During the PAUSE mode they are kind of frozen: their growth in the accounts is suspended, the date of the deposit’s defrost shifts for the duration of the PAUSE. (Figuratively speaking, the period of PAUSE is kind of cut from the life of the old MAVRO. :-))
You can sell or renew the old MAVRO under the following conditions:
1. They are counted into money when selling (or new MAVRO at renewal) by the formula (Provided - Withdrawn) * k
Where (Provided-withdrawn) is the nominal (real money you've Provided without counting gains: for example, you’veProvided 500, and have already received 300 – means the nominal is 200), and k - the conversion factor.
(By the way, in all the previous pauses k was equal to 1.1. In other words it was paid / reissued the nominal plus 10%.)
2. Orders upon sales (of old MAVRO) are submitted not within 30 minutes, but within a month.
(Respectively, renewal of old MAVRO is also not instantaneous, but within a month. When we decide upon the conversion factor.)
3. We will estimate the amount of applications for this month and according to it we will calculate the k (conversion factor). If it doesn't suit you - you are free to cancel the application (cancel the renewal). And just wait until the end of the PAUSE, as an adequate and conscious participant. When everything defrosts and runs its course, on the beaten track, then you will be able to get all your interest (30% -50% per month) in full.
4. However the most important thing!
Payments on the old MAVRO will be only through Bitcoin! In other words, this month you should definitely open yourself an account with Bitcoin!
(In the VA everything is explained in detail how to do it. Actually it’s very simple. If there only was a wish! :-))
Actually, we have established this month itself, to give everyone time to open an account in Bitcoin, as practice has shown that, in a completely nightmarish negligence and laziness of the participants, a shorter period is simply unrealistic. Nobody will open anything and there will be continuous scandals and fights. (And even in a month half of them won’t open, you'll see :-))
Payments through Bitcoin is not some whim of ours. The situation with the police is known to all, and show off the accounts from which the payments are made, we cannot. They will all be immediately arrested, and all the money will be taken from there. So - only Bitcoin! This is the way. We hope for your understanding.

जैसे की मैंने पहले भी कहा था की इस बार कोई रीस्टार्ट नहीं होगा केवल पॉज जाहिर किया जायेगा, इसका मतलब यह है की कुछ समय शांत रहे और विचार करे, चिन्तन करे और अपने कार्य प्रणाली को चेक करे। यह पॉज का निर्णय बहुत ही सफल और निश्चित तौर पर सही प्रणाली है और अन्य देशों में इस प्रणाली का इस्तेमाल किया गया और सफल रहा। किसी प्रकार की निराशा नहीं थी और हर कोई अपने पैसे बड़ी आसानी के साथ ले पा रहा था। इस लिए पॉज लागू होना कोई गलत बात नहीं है, यह आम प्रणाली हो गयी है, और हमें इसको स्वीकार करना होगा। (हालांकि यह पॉज अपने निश्चित तारीख से पहले ही खत्म हुआ पाया गया ) यह आपकी जानकारी के लिए है।
सो अब इस समय से लेकर १ अक्टूबर तक पॉज प्रणाली घोषित की जाती है।

"नया मावरो "
नया मावरो मतलब पॉज प्रणाली के दौरान ख़रीदा हुआ मावरो, इस पर पॉज का कोई असर नहीं होगा। हमेशा की तरह उसको ख़रीदा या बेचा सकता है. गेट हेल्प के आर्डर ३० मिनट में जारी किये जायेंगे, और नार्मल तरीके से कामकाज चलता रहेगा। पॉज का इनपर कोई असर नहीं रहेगा।
"पुराना मावरो"
पुराना मावरो पॉज के दौरान फ्रोजेन (जमा हुआ ) रहेगा। अकाउंट में उनकी वृद्धि रुकी रहेगी। और निश्चित निकासी की तारीक भी आगे बढ़ जाएगी।
पॉज के दौरान पुराने मावरो केवल इस तरह से बेचा जा सकता है।
१. मावरो बेचते समय पैसे में फार्मूला द्वारा गिने जायेंगे। उदहारण के तौर पर: अगर आपने ५०० रु की मदद की और आपको ३०० रु की मदद प्राप्त हुई है तो आपके बचे हुए पैसे २०० रु होंगे इसके ऊपर आपको १०% अतिरिक्त लाभ मिलेगा (पिछले इस तरह के पॉज के दौरान सभी को इसी प्रकार से १०% अतिरिक्त लाभ दिया गया है अपनी मूल रकम पर )
२. गेट हेल्प के आर्डर ३० मिनट में नहीं जारी होंगे, उनको एक महीने तक का समय लग सकता है। इस दौरान यह मावरो को रिन्यू नहीं किया जा सकता है।
३. जितने भी लोग पॉज दौरान गेट हेल्प लगते है उनके आवेदनो पर विचार किया जायेगा और राशि का अनुमान लगाया जायेगा और विस्थापित किया जायेगा। इस बीच आप अपने गेट हेल्प की आर्डर को किसी भी समय कैंसिल कर सकते है या रीन्यू करने का अवसर मिलेगा, पॉज हट जाने के बाद आपका ३०-५०% पूरा का पूरा दुबारा प्राप्त कर सकते है।
४. सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात
पुराने मावरो को केवल बिटकॉइन द्वारा ही निकला जा सकता है, इसका मतलब यह की सभी ने इस महीने में बिटकॉइन में अपने अकाउंट खोलने जरुरी है। (वर्चुअल अकाउंट में इसके बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गयी है , यह बहुत ही आसान है अगर आप करना चाहे तो )
सही कहे तो इस महीने में हम सभी को बिटकॉइन में अपना नया अकाउंट बनाने का समय और अवसर दे रहे है। केवल वही लोग बिटकॉइन में अपना अकाउंट खोलेंगे जो वाकई में सिस्टम के प्रति संवेदनशील है, इतना अवसर देने की बाद भी कुछ लोग नहीं बनाएंगे।
