BANK DETAILS IN VIRTUAL (SYSTEM) ACCOUNT – NEW RULE
Mavrodians, Its been still found that some Multi ID participants are not providing their actual bank accounts in the Virtual Accounts. People are giving different bank details in the Virtual (system) Account as well as giving different bank accounts in the message box. We have to take more strict measures to stop such mal-practices. These practices are done by multiple id users and we need to stop them.
Now the RULE's as follows and needs to be followed very strictly or else will have to face action.
1. The name should match the bank details in the Virtual (System) Account
2. There should be no other bank details provided in message box.
3. The Sender finds different bank account not matching the ID name he should NOT REFUSE the order, instead he should CREATE TICKET for the same using the Question subject : "Erroneous System Account withdrawal or deposit". Such ORDER's will be cancelled by CRO and a new ORDER's will be replaced.
4. For each and every alteration or request for solution: ticket should be raised and will be answered within 24 hours.
5. Follow the RULES in order to make the system operations run more smoothly.

नया नियम: वर्चुअल एकाउंट में बैंक डिटेल्स
माव्रोडिअन्स , अभी भी ये देखा गया है की कुछ पार्टिसिपेंट्स अपने आईडी में सिस्टम अकाउंट में सही बैंक अकाउंट नहीं डाल रहे है। आईडी नाम कोई और और बैंक अकाउंट किसी और के और मैसेज बॉक्स में किसी और के बैंक अकाउंट पाये गए है। इस प्रकार की गलत कार्य प्रणाली को रोकना बहुत जरुरी हो गया है। एम एम एम की प्रगती को ठेस पहुँचाने के लिए इस प्रकार की गलत कार्य प्रणाली केवल मल्टीपल आईडी इस्तमाल कर रहे है और इसे रोकना बहुत ही जरुरी हुआ है।
बैंक अकाउंट संबंधी कुछ नए नियम तुरंत लागू कर रहे है, और इसका पालन अनिवार्य है और इन नियमों को तोड़ने वालो को सख्त कारवाही का सामना करना पड़ेगा।
१. आईडी में जो नाम और बैंक अकाउंट दिया गया हो वही जानकारी सिस्टम अकाउंट में होना जरुरी है।
२. मैसेज बॉक्स में कोई या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के बैंक अकाउंट डिटेल्स ना डाले।
३. पैसे भेजने वाले पार्टिसिपेंट कृपया अपनी आर्डर को कैंसल ना करें बजाय फीडबैक में जाकर टिकट बनाये और अगले २४ घंटे में उत्तर की प्रतीक्षा करे। विषय चुने : "Erroneous System Account withdrawal or deposit"
CRO इस आर्डर को कैंसिल करेंगे और इसके बदले नयी आर्डर प्राप्त होगी।

४. किसी प्रकार के बदलाव या कोई शंका के लिए फीडबैक में जाकर टिकट बनाये , २४ घंटे में आपको उत्तर मिल जायेगा।
५. हर प्रकार के नियमो का पालन ही एम एम एम के सिस्टम को अच्छी तरह चला सकता है।
